Who we are

This website, corykellerhomes.com, is operated by Cory Keller, a licensed Ohio real estate salesperson (Ohio Salesperson License SAL.2016005011) doing business as The CORY Keller Group, with the brokerage RE/MAX United Associates, 8316 Cornell Rd, Suite 100, Cincinnati, OH 45249 (office 513-655-2300). Each RE/MAX office is independently owned and operated.

What we collect

When you submit a form, we receive what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, timeline and message. Our host, Netlify, processes form submissions and also keeps standard server logs (for example, IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operations.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, provide real estate services, prepare home value analyses and keep records required for real estate transactions. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to serve you: with RE/MAX United Associates, which supervises Cory's real estate activity; with a mortgage lender, title company or other service provider only if you ask for an introduction or your transaction requires it; with the customer relationship management (CRM), email and phone/text tools we use to manage and answer inquiries; and when required by law.

Calls and text messages

If you enter your phone number on a form, you agree that Cory Keller may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. Fonts are self-hosted with the site. The Sold page map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap and the Leaflet map library from unpkg.com, and the Contact page embeds an OpenStreetMap map. Those services may receive your IP address. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy first.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond, serve you and meet legal, brokerage and record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access-limited accounts, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
